Time Concerns

It is very important to consult with an attorney as close in time
to the accident or event giving rise to a claim as possible. The
ability to collect evidence may be lost with time, such as skid
marks on pavement. More importantly, statutes of limitation can
ban a claim if it is not made in a timely fashion.

Consultation with a lawyer is free, and therefore, should be done
promptly. Even if time may have passed from the date of your claim,
you should still consult with an attorney.
